Cutting hair isn't going to pay well!

This is what I heard when I first introduced the idea of becoming a barber to my friends and family. From the beginning of my journey i was never interested in the money part of cutting hair. Personally becoming a barber consisted of much more than just cutting hair. It has become an outlet to express how I feel. Seeing the progress that I've made over the last year motivates me to keep pushing. Through my work I have created long lasting bonds and connections with my clients. Being able to have in depth conversations with my clients is what I love most about my job.
